Very proud parent today
He played a hockey game at Dunvegan Primary School yesterday. So I am sitting on the sideline waiting for the game to begin when next thing this teacher / hockey coach comes up to me and asks if I am Daigans mother. I nodded and in front of all the parents she said, "I am so pleased to meet you, I want to tell you that you have a lovely child and I wish all the boys were like him" - She shook my hand and walked away. I was gobsmacked, she must've thought I was a real idiot. I just stared and blushed and as I was trying to say thank you, she walked away. The rest of the moms just looked at me - hell, I am proud of that child!!!! Don't you think it's special that she made an effort to tell me that!!!
